What: Learn & Play Soccer!
Where: McDonalds 3856 E Speedway Blvd
When: Saturday August 13th and August 20th, 10AM-1PM
Cost: $75- U6 & U8 divisions $85-All other ages (additional $5 discount to siblings)
Includes: Insurance, Uniform, Magazine, & More
**New Players: Please fill out a registration form online at www.eayso.org. Click “first time,” then “I would like to register my child to play.” From here it will prompt you for the information needed to fill out the form. When you finish the form. Print it and sign it. Bring this signed form, a copy of your child’s birth certificate, and a form of payment to registration.
